Clinical Coding Service Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Kingston Hospital Foundation Trust’s clinical coding service team.  The Trust is looking for an experienced, motivated, committed and enthusiastic Coding Manager.  The role is a hybrid role that will facilitate working between home and onsite.  The clinical coding team is a mature team with many streamlined processes in place.  However, there is always room for improvement and innovation.

The post holder will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge and working practices in clinical coding together with detailed comprehension of SNOMED.  Additionally, the post holder will be expected to mentor and motivate individuals to adopt a pattern of continuous improvement.

Please note: there will be an additional pay uplift of 5% on the basic salary.
