Kingston Hospital Pharmacy Department is a friendly team, committed to providing an excellent medicines optimisation service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Medicines Management Technician to join our Pharmacy Clinical Service team which will also inclide a regular Dispensary checking slot.
In addition to excellent communication and team-working skills you will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have completed or be willing to undertake the Medicines Management Qualification (AIMMS).
You must currently be an ACPT to be suitable for this post.
The post holder will primarily be working at ward level providing a pharmacy service to include assessment of Patient’s Own Drugs (PODs), medicines reconciliation, supply of medicines and counselling.
You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills in Education and Training by completing your Practice Supervisor Training (PS).
We offer the opportunity to enhance existing skills and develop new ones.
