The Kingston NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an outstanding individual to join our busy HR Recruitment Workforce team, providing a high quality, responsive, streamlined, end-to-end workforce recruitment service, managing processes from vacancy control, through to commencement of employment.
The trust employs around 3000 staff, you will be responsible for your own division, either focusing on general recruitment as well as trust doctors recruitment but assisting with other recruitment related activity.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Recruitment, Selection, Pre-employment Checks & Staff Appointment (using ESR and TRAC) Records Management (HR System/Personnel Files/Local Drive) Human Resource Information System (ESR). This will require the deployment of excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills, knowledge of word-processing and other computerised systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
The post is based at our HR offices in Kingston; all our staff is based on-site, so there will be no travelling involved to other sites. The Kingston NHS Foundation Trust is a high performing Trust with some of the best clinical outcomes in the country.
