We are seeking an experienced medical photographer to join our busy, progressive service.

We are a large district hospital and referral centre for a broad range of specialist services. We aim to provide a service devoted to the highest level of individualised, holistic care through development and support of our staff.

Candidates should be on the Accredited Register as part of the new AHCS system and possess a BSc in Clinical Photography or an equivalent qualification.

Principle duties:-

  • To provide high quality clinical photography for all wards, outpatient departments and theatres across the Trust.
  • Upkeep of the Trust-Wide secure network for medical photographs.
  • Departmental administrative tasks to include policy writing, equipment maintenance and booking appointments.

The successful candidate must have a positive enthusiastic attitude; advise on the best medial photography practice for staff using Trust approved devices and be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team. You will be expected to work closely with medical and support staff; good communication skills are essential.
